Melbourne Part 2 – the Wedding
As I mentioned in my last post, we were in Melbourne to attend David and Evie’s Wedding. So we set off on Saturday morning, after drinking a few cups of the best coffee from Market Lane Coffee and demolishing a Mushroom burger (the mushroom was the size of a meat pattie) that was unbelievably good even SAH said it beat the burger he had a Huxtaburger the day before.
We were heading for Queenscliff which is about 1.5 hours out of Melbourne. Driving through Geelong I made a mental note of all the Antique centres that we would have to (and did) visit on the way back.
The ceremony was held at the look out, which was picturesque and showed off the clean crisp sky but was a tad windy giving the bride’s veil a life of its own.
The reception was held at The Grand Vue hotel, where we had booked a room so Bub could easily go down for the night while we were only two rooms away with the baby monitor.
We had a lovely time at the wedding and were so grateful to be invited to witness their official union.
My nails were done by the lovely Chelsea from Trophy Wife.
