Things have been gloriously busy around these parts lately, an influx of amazing book briefs have seen me researching, sketching, going on research outings and general stretching my brain to create the best design solutions. It’s been wonderful and a little stressful so Tuesdays are always reserved for a bit of fun.
Tuesdays are my only day with Bub (besides the weekend) so we fill it with play, cooking and outings. This Tuesday we cooked banana and honey pikelets, played lego towers then went thrifting.* It was a great day.
Although Bub enjoyed making the pikelets more than eating them and any left overs not frozen for daycare lunches ended up in my belly – yum!
*Bub actually loves thrifting, knows where the toy sections are in my favourite op shops and makes a bee line to them.
Ps. The secret ingredient is lego apparently.
