Top model in Australia

I was watching America’s Next Top Model on PayTV the other day and it was the episode when the girls have to do a ‘Go See’. This is the cycle they were in Sydney, Australia so it was funny watching them scramble all over my city. But when they paused on one of the models having trouble in a dodgy old elevator I pissed myself laughing, because I KNOW that elevator!! That’s in Cooper St, Surry Hills it’s the building I used to work in, and houses a lot of designers, magazines, photographers etc… and NO ONE in that building uses the elevator. The building an old factory and the lift must have been given a thrashing because it waits 5 minutes before closing the doors, then literally groans as it works its way up the floors, I never felt safe using it and took the fire stairs instead.
Ha! What a small world.
